Maintain accurate financial records and cooperate with App audits if required.
6. Service Provider Obligations
Offer services accurately and transparently, including fees, availability, and any conditions.
Ensure timely communication with clients and uphold agreed appointments or service schedules.
7. Payment Terms
All payments made via the App are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
The App does not store credit card information beyond what is necessary for payment processing and does not assume liability for payment errors caused by Users or third-party processors.
Fees, commissions, or charges applicable to Sellers or Service Providers are clearly communicated before listing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including logos, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Mobile Mall or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of App content is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy

10. User Content

Any disputes between Users, including buyers and sellers.
14. Termination
The App may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal obligations. Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to completing pending transactions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
